La Crema Novi, an authentic specialty in a simple container. The high quantity of selected hazelnuts from our hills naturally gives Crema Novi an ideal spreadability: always without added fats other than those naturally contained in hazelnuts and cocoa. Crema Novi is rich in unsaturated fats, more healthy than saturated fats. The hazelnut oil it contains is made up of a high quantity of oleic acid, monounsaturated fat typical of extra virgin olive oil. Dietary substitution of saturated fats with unsaturated fats contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels.
