The weight of some products such as cured meats, cheeses or other products may vary from product to product as they are made with craft and non-industrial techniques. 6. Shipping and delivery

All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or not attributable to it.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without any penalty, except in the cases of exclusion provided for in the following point IV.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:

I. The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only of a part of the purchased Product.

II. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal will reimburse the customer the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was received, without prejudice to the right of to suspend the payment of the reimbursement until the actual receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer

IV. In addition to the cases indicated in the Introduction (customer not a consumer and / or requiring an invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • order of products made to measure or clearly personalized;
  • order for Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • order for sealed Products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health or that have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that the Products that “risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly” include all the Food Products (including wines, spirits and beverages), since the characteristics and qualities of these types of Products are subject to alteration also as a consequence of inappropriate storage. Therefore, for hygienic and customer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal is only applicable for Products purchased on which can be returned to and put back on the market without endangering the health of consumers.
In the event of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, will return the purchased Products to the Customer, charging the shipping costs to the Customer.

9. Warranty and Compliance Defects

The Product-related information supplied through the Website is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors, which the Seller cannot be considered liable for, except in case of intentional fault or serious misconduct.

The Seller reserves the right to correct the errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, or to amend or update the information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer’s rights pursuant to the General Conditions and the Consumer Code.

Except for intentional fault or serious misconduct, any right of the Customer to compensation or indemnity as well any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or objects caused by the failed acceptance or processing of an order, including partial, is excluded.

By purchasing any alcoholic product you declare to be of age as per art. 7 of DL 158/2012. assumes no responsibility in the case of purchases made by children under 18 years of age who have declared to have a different age.

12. Online resolution of consumer disputes (ADR e ODR)

The sales contract between the Customer and the Seller is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction to settle disputes regarding the interpretation, execution or termination of these General Conditions or of individual purchase orders if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, is granted to the forum of his/her municipality of residence or domicile, if located in the Italian territory; in all the other cases, the Court of Ravenna has exclusive territorial jurisdiction, any other possible competent forum excluded.
