CACIOTTA CHEESE mixed with olives TRE VALLI 1.1Kg



The mixed caciotta with Valmetauro olives is a fresh cheese with a creamy texture, light holes and medium maturation, obtained with 100% Italian bovine and sheep milk. It is a tradition of the Marche region to aromatize cheeses in various ways: combining the flavor of the first autumnal cheese with that of olives goes back to the times of herds transhumance.

The flavored caciottas are excellent table cheeses and are often tasted when cut with a good slice of homemade bread or the typical “crescia” of Marche. They are used to flavor fresh salads and to season baked pasta dishes. They are accompanied by rich, but delicate, white wines.
